Do I need a reservation, or can I just walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome during shop hours (9 AM – 9 PM), but our fleet is small and bikes go fast during peak season. A quick WhatsApp message ahead of time is the safest way to guarantee your size is ready.
What do I need to leave as a deposit?
Your original passport (kept safely at the shop) or a cash deposit. The amount depends on the bike — your rental confirmation will have the exact figure. No credit card holds, no hidden charges.
What happens if I get a flat tyre?
Give us a call or WhatsApp message. If you're close to our shop, we'll arrange a swap. Every bike also goes out with a basic puncture kit for minor fixes on the road.
