No deposit is required: We want to make your rental process as easy and hassle-free as possible.
To rent a bike, you simply need to:
Send a photo of your Passport to us via WhatsApp.
Sign the standard rental agreement at our shop.
Pay the rental fee upfront.
In-store pick-up only: We don't deliver bicycles to hotels. Why? We need you to test ride the bike at our shop on An Thuong 26. This allows our mechanics to adjust the saddle height and make sure you're entirely comfortable with the gears and hydraulic brakes before you head out.
Maintenance guarantee: You will never get a squeaky chain or soft brakes from us. Every single bike in our fleet is thoroughly washed, lubed, and tuned after it's returned.

Not sure where to head once you pick up your gear? Here are a few trails and roads we ride ourselves on our days off:
Hai Van Pass: The classic coastal mountain climb. If you are doing this unguided, we highly recommend grabbing the Giant Fathom E-bike unless you genuinely love suffering on steep ascents.
Son Tra Peninsula (Monkey Mountain): Sharp climbs, wild monkeys, and massive ocean drop-offs. It's a challenging but deeply rewarding loop.

Be predictable in traffic: Vietnamese traffic looks chaotic, but it flows like a river. Maintain a steady pace, don't make sudden sharp turns, and let scooters flow around you.
Hydrate constantly: The coastal sun can be intense. Buy plenty of bottled water along the way. Your rental bike comes with a phone mount so you can easily map your way to the nearest cafe or convenience store.
Always secure your gear: Da Nang is generally very safe, but opportunistic theft happens anywhere in the world. Whenever you leave the bike out of sight, please make sure to use the heavy-duty cable lock provided with your rental.

Do I need to reserve before renting bike, or can I just walk in?
Walk-ins are always welcome during our standard shop hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM from Tuesday to Sunday). However, because we maintain a small, premium fleet, bikes are rented out quickly during the high season. Dropping us a quick WhatsApp message beforehand is the safest way to guarantee we have your exact size ready.
Do you deliver bikes directly to my hotel?
No, we do not offer hotel delivery. Every single rental begins at our storefront at 48 An Thuong 26. This allows our team to properly measure your height, adjust the saddle, and ensure you know how to operate the gears and brakes before you ride.
What happens if I get a flat tyre on the road?
Just give us a call or send a message on WhatsApp. If you are relatively close to our shop in Da Nang, our team will drive out to arrange a quick bike swap so you can continue your journey without hassle.

While we guarantee that your Trek or Giant bike is mechanically flawless before it leaves the shop, your safety on the road is ultimately in your hands.
We provide a clean, high-quality helmet with every rental—please wear it. Ride defensively, respect the local traffic flow, and pull over safely if you need to check your phone mount for directions.
